1. Lighting System Upgrade

  To address issues such as uneven and harsh lighting in the workshop, the base collaborated with professional institutions to carry out a full-scene lighting renovation. The illumination now meets national standards, effectively reducing visual fatigue among     employees.

2. Ergonomic Seat Design

  Based on anthropometric data for the Chinese population, custom-designed seats have been introduced to accommodate different heights. This resolves problems caused by fixed-height seats, such as stooping or tiptoeing, and helps prevent occupational hazards like lumbar muscle strain.

3. Ventilation System Optimization

  With dedicated funding, the 'Fresh Air Initiative' was launched to upgrade the ventilation system. This improvement tackles stuffiness and odor in the workshop, ensuring respiratory health and enhancing overall workplace comfort for employees.
